step3の中で、step1で分離した画像とオーディオのファイルパスを指定しててオーディオファイルがないとエラーになってるのだと思います、batファイルをテキストエディターで開いて、オーディオパスの指定箇所を消してみてはどうでしょうか？
-i “…省略…\audio.wav”
の箇所です。

約23分の古いアニメがRadeon RX570とGfoce GT 1030の二枚で36時間前後で終わりそうです。
